345bdt Terms & Conditions — Platform Rules & User Obligations

By accessing the 345bdt platform, registering an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or using any service offered through https://345bdt.vip, you unconditionally accept these Terms & Conditions as well as any additional policies incorporated herein by reference, including the 345bdt Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

These Terms apply to all users of the 345bdt platform regardless of their location within Bangladesh, the device used to access the platform (desktop browser, mobile browser, or any installed application), or the specific service accessed (sports betting, live casino, slots, or any other gaming product).

345bdt reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, 345bdt will notify registered players via the email address associated with their account or via an in-platform notification. Continued use of the platform following notification of any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The date on which these Terms were last updated is displayed prominently at the top of this page.

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any translation being provided for reference purposes, the English version shall take precedence in all cases of conflict or ambiguity.

To be eligible to register and use the 345bdt platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age. Players aged 17 or under are strictly prohibited from registering or using any service on 345bdt.
• You are a resident of Bangladesh or are otherwise accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited by applicable local law.
• You are accessing the platform on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You have not been self-excluded from the 345bdt platform or any other gaming platform for problem gambling reasons during an active self-exclusion period.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, agent, director, or officer of 345bdt, nor are you a close family member of any such person.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

345bdt reserves the right to request documentary proof of age, identity, and address at any time. Acceptable documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or other government-issued identification bearing a photograph and date of birth. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe requested will result in account suspension and the withholding of any pending withdrawals until verification is complete.

Where 345bdt has reasonable grounds to suspect that a player is under the age of 18, the platform will immediately suspend the account, freeze any associated funds, and conduct a full age verification review. Any winnings accumulated during a period of underage play will be forfeited in their entirety, regardless of the outcome of bets placed.

Each individual is permitted to hold one registered account only on the 345bdt platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different email addresses, different mobile numbers, different payment methods, or different devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

When registering a 345bdt account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information in all mandatory fields. This includes but is not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, mobile number, and a valid email address. You must promptly update your account information if any of these details change.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. 345bdt will never ask you for your password via email, telephone, or any messaging service. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify the 345bdt support team immediately at [email protected].

• Username: Must be unique on the platform and must not contain offensive, misleading, or brand-infringing terms.
• Password: Must meet the minimum security requirements specified during registration. Use of a strong, unique password is strongly recommended.
• Mobile Number: Must be a valid Bangladeshi mobile number. This number will be used for SMS two-factor authentication and account recovery.
• Email Address: Must be a valid, actively monitored email address. Important account communications, including bonus terms, withdrawal confirmations, and policy updates, are sent to this address.

345bdt reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without being required to state a reason. Approved registrations do not constitute any guarantee of continued platform access, which remains subject to ongoing compliance with these Terms.

345bdt supports deposits and withdrawals exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). All account balances, bet amounts, winnings, and bonus values are displayed and processed in BDT. No currency conversion is applied at the platform level, and players are not required to hold foreign currency at any point.

Accepted deposit and withdrawal methods include: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank transfer, BRAC Bank transfer, and City Bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. By making a deposit, you confirm that:

• The funds being deposited are your own and are not derived from any illegal activity or source.
• You are not acting as an agent for or on behalf of any third party in relation to the deposited funds.
• You accept that all deposits are made voluntarily for the purpose of gaming entertainment and that 345bdt is not responsible for any losses incurred through your gaming activity.

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has previously been used for a successful deposit on the same account, or to a method that has been verified by the 345bdt compliance team. 345bdt will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts, accounts held in another person's name, or accounts in a different currency. bKash and Nagad withdrawals are typically processed within 60 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 3 business days depending on the receiving institution.

345bdt reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence checks before processing any withdrawal. During such checks, the withdrawal may be held for up to 5 business days. Players will be notified via email if additional documentation is required to complete the verification process.

345bdt offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL season, and ICC T20 tournaments. All bonuses are denominated in BDT and governed by individual offer terms which are published in full at the time of each promotion.

The following general conditions apply to all 345bdt bonuses unless expressly superseded by the specific offer terms:

• Bonuses are only available to verified players who have satisfied the identity and age verification requirements.
• Each bonus may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless the specific offer terms state otherwise.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash prior to the completion of any applicable wagering requirement.
• 345bdt reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time, including after a player has opted in, if there is evidence of bonus abuse, collusion, or breach of these Terms.
• In the event of any discrepancy between a promotional banner or social communication and the full written offer terms, the full written offer terms shall prevail.
• Free spins awarded as part of a promotion will be credited to the specified game title only. Free spin winnings are subject to the wagering requirements detailed in the relevant offer terms.

Any attempt to exploit, abuse, or circumvent the bonus system — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using automated software to complete wagering requirements, or coordinating with other players to generate artificially low-risk wager combinations — will result in immediate disqualification from the promotion, forfeiture of any bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.

The following behaviours are strictly prohibited on the 345bdt platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, forfeiture of account balances, and where appropriate, referral to relevant law enforcement authorities.

• Underage Use: Accessing or attempting to access the platform while under the age of 18, or facilitating access by a person under 18.
• Multiple Accounts: Creating, operating, or benefiting from more than one registered account on the 345bdt platform.
• Fraudulent Activity: Using stolen, cloned, or unauthorised payment credentials; engaging in any form of payment fraud, identity fraud, or misrepresentation.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to influence the outcome of any game, event, or market, or to exploit platform systems or promotions.
• Automated Software: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated software to interact with the platform in place of genuine human activity.
• Money Laundering: Using the 345bdt platform for any purpose connected with money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity.
• System Exploitation: Deliberately exploiting any technical error, software bug, miscalculated odds, or system vulnerability to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from such exploitation are void and will be reversed.
• Harassment: Using the platform's communication features to harass, threaten, defame, or abuse any other player, support agent, or 345bdt staff member.
• Unauthorised Access: Attempting to gain unauthorised access to any part of the 345bdt infrastructure, database, or another player's account.

345bdt employs continuous fraud monitoring and transaction analysis tools. Accounts flagged by these systems will be placed under review. During a review period, access to withdrawals may be temporarily suspended. 345bdt will communicate the outcome of any review to the affected player via their registered email address within a reasonable timeframe.

345bdt may suspend or close a player's account, temporarily or permanently, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity or age verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, collusive, or illegal activity.
• A player's own request for self-exclusion under the 345bdt Responsible Gaming framework.
• Identification of a duplicate account held by the same individual.
• An instruction from a relevant authority or regulatory body.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, the player will be notified by email. Any funds held in the account balance at the time of suspension will be preserved during the investigation period, subject to the outcome of that investigation. If the investigation concludes that a breach of these Terms has occurred, 345bdt reserves the right to withhold some or all of the account balance.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their 345bdt account for any reason — including responsible gaming concerns — may do so by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Voluntary account closure requests are processed within one business day. Any remaining balance that is not subject to active bonus wagering requirements will be returned to the player's verified payment method within 5 business days of confirmed account closure.

Self-Exclusion: Players who believe their gambling may be becoming problematic are strongly encouraged to request self-exclusion. Self-exclusion requests submitted to 345bdt take effect immediately. During a self-exclusion period, the player's account will be locked, marketing communications will be suppressed, and the player will be prevented from creating new accounts on the platform. The 345bdt platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While 345bdt uses commercially reasonable efforts to ensure the platform is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, the platform does not warrant that access will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical faults, and accepts no liability for any loss or inconvenience arising from platform downtime, technical errors, or delays caused by factors outside its reasonable control.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 345bdt's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

345bdt expressly excludes liability for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, winnings, or opportunity arising from platform unavailability or technical error.
• Any indirect, consequential, incidental, or special damages arising from your use of the platform, even if 345bdt has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
• Any loss arising from your reliance on information displayed on the platform, including live odds, scores, or game results that are subject to revision or correction.
• Any unauthorised access to your account that results from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Any delays in processing deposits or withdrawals caused by third-party payment providers, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or any banking institution.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other matter that cannot be excluded by law. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising under these Terms that cannot be resolved informally shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts, with Bangladesh law applied to the interpretation of these Terms where relevant.
